WHY SHOULD YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF PTA?

Members are the most important part of our PTA.  Members are the KEY - the key to success, to parent involvement, to advocacy and to empowerment.  Without members, there would be no PTA.  Thanks for being involved.  We care about the children at Bridgeport and we couldn’t do it without you!!  The cost is $4.00. Please contact one of the board members for further information.

Mission of the PTA

1. To speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, the community, and before government agencies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children;

2. To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; and

3. To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.
